About Kristen Adams

I love helping people and I love houses! These two things make me a Realtor who is enthusiastic and thorough. I am here to help through all stages of the buying/selling process and am always available to answer questions along the way. My real estate journey has been fun and challenging. I got my license in February 2020 - and we all know what happened next... I spent the first few months floundering without a lot of guidance. After a "false start" I made the decision to join a successful team with RE/MAX GOLD Grass Valley in January 2021. I learned SO much and loved being on the team. In the Spring of 2022 I faced some challenges with my kids and made a rash decision to change their school and ultimately to change to a Broker closer to their new school. While I had a good experience with that brokerage, it wasn't an *exact* fit for me; so, when my previous Broker from RE/MAX called and asked what he had to do to get me back, I jumped at the chance to return. I work hard and have been successful - making Master's Club in both 2021 and 2022.

Like a lot of people, we relocated to this area with our young children, from the Bay Area, almost 11 years ago. Initially, we were attracted to the beautiful lakes and rivers, the trees, the slower pace of life. Upon living here, we have discovered the rich arts and music community, the great schools, the diverse political culture, and so much more!
